About Misneach Ukraine
We are a not for profit organization dedicated to helping the people of Ukraine by delivering donated and re-purposed aid to medical and rehabilitation to facilities on the ground there.
Founded by 3 friends (Brian O'Connor a Kerryman, Andy Kenny from Dublin and Billy Procopec a Ukrainian) who played football together in Dublin, we felt compelled to help Ukraine and it's wounded people recover from the brutalities of the Russian invasion.
Tom is a director and Founder of Effective Aid Ukraine/IODP who has been an invaluable support to us.
Vasil our head of IT and warehouse manager, Vadim together with Zen our warehouse operative and driver have been volunteering from early 2023 and are an integral part of the operation of Misneach Ukraine

FRONTLINE MEDIC PROJECT
Donations by you allow us to purchase and deliver various life saving consumables which are so urgently needed. Critical to the survival of badly injured casualties, here is a list of the top 5:
1. Dnipro tourniquets, to stem traumatic blood loss. €500 buys approx. 30 units
2. Chest Seals, to treat penetrating wounds from shrapnel and bullets. €500 buys approx. 50 units
3. Wound clotting haemostatic gauze. €500 buys approx. 25 units
4. Large burn dressings, to quickly treat burns and reduce infections. €500 buys approx. 100 units
5. Paramedic scissors, to simultaneously cut multi layers of clothing fast. €250 buys approx. 150 units
OUR CHARITY PARTNER
IODP/ International Orphanage Development Programme is a 25-year-old Irish-registered charity, currently focussed exclusively on the most effective ways of helping refugees seeking to flee the war in Ukraine and on the needs of people with special needs in institutions there.
IODP has extensive experience in the delivery of humanitarian aid, widely regarded for their work with orphans, children with special needs and child prisoners in Belarus.

Through our Charity Partner IODP, all donations will receive an official receipt with details of the donation and their charity number (Registered Charity Number CHY 20054465).
FINANCIAL STRUCTURE
All financial matters concerning Misneach are independently audited by UHY Farrelly Dawe White Limited,
Our Charity Partner is IODP and we follow their charity guidelines.
We are funded entirely by donations made by the public and corporate organisations. Monetary donations are principally received and aggregated though the Misneach GoFundMe webpage. All monetary donations are managed by our Charity Partners, IODP, registered Charity Number: CHY 200544765.
All funds donated (less GoFundMe transaction fees of 2.9% plus €0.25 per donation that allows for credit card transaction) go directly to IODP. In addition to monetary donations, Misneach continue to receive very generous offers of equipment from the public.
Together with the Advisory Group, Misneach is supported by a team of volunteers involved in the fundraising, project management, communications, and logistics.
